| Session Length
Full day mediations normally begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue until a settlement is reached, an impasse is declared by the mediator, or 5:30 p.m., whichever comes first. The mediation may be continued past 5:30 p.m. only if a resolution seems imminent and all participants agree to continue.

HALF DAY MEDIATION

Cases involving more than three parties, each represented by separate counsel, typically require a full-day mediation and will be scheduled for a half-day session only on a case-by-case basis.

| Session Length
Half-day mediations are scheduled for either 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The mediation will continue until a settlement is reached, an impasse is declared by the mediator, or all of the reserved time is utilized, whichever comes first.
Continuation of Session Beyond Scheduled Length
If a resolution seems imminent and all participants agree to continue beyond the scheduled 4-hour session, additional sessions hours will be billed at $200 per hour (calculated to the nearest quarter hour), and the fee will be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed.

MINI-MEDIATION

| Session Length
Mini-mediations are normally scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The mediation will continue until a settlement is reached, an impasse is declared by the mediator, or all of the reserved time has been utilized, whichever comes first.

Continuation of Session Beyond Scheduled Length
If a resolution seems imminent and all participants agree to continue beyond the scheduled 1½ hour session, additional sessions hours will be billed at $200 per hour (calculated to the nearest quarter hour), and the fee will be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed.

All fees are due at the start of the mediation session. Fees include the mediator's preparation time and the scheduled mediation session. Lunch is provided for full-day mediations, and snacks are provided at all mediation sessions.
|
Earlier or later start times are available by request. Mini-mediations may also be scheduled at lunchtime by request if the calendar permits.
